Using Artificial intelligence to improve Social Skills for Autism
🌍 About the Project
PASS4Autism is a transnational Erasmus+ project aimed at promoting the social inclusion of children with autism through the development and use of visual stories. These tools facilitate communication, reduce stress in unfamiliar situations and support autonomy in daily routines.
The project is implemented by a consortium of experienced and multidisciplinary partners:
- Asociación Autismo Burgos (Spain)
- University of the Peloponnese – Embedded Systems Design & Applications Lab (ESDALAB) (Greece)
- Cooperativa Sociale Controvento Onlus (Italy)
- AVN (Cyprus)
- Child and Adolescent Center (Greece)
Together, we are developing innovative, user-friendly resources tailored to families, educators and professionals working in the field of autism.
🎓 Training Course Now Available
The PASS4Autism Training Course is officially online and freely accessible in English, Spanish, Greek, and Italian.
Designed for parents, educators and professionals, the course consists of three structured modules: Introduction to Autism, Coping Strategies in Autism and Use of Visual Stories
💬 Launch of the PASS4Autism Support Network
As part of the project’s inclusive approach, we have established the PASS4Autism Support Network! A multilingual online forum designed to encourage collaboration and mutual support among families, educators, and professionals.
Within the platform, users can:
- Share personal experiences
- Ask and offer advice
- Exchange visual stories
- Connect with a community of peers

A free online webinar is currently being prepared to introduce the project’s platform and resources. The event will be open to families, educators, support staff, and anyone interested in accessible communication tools for autism inclusion.
