Asociación Autismo Burgos

Autismo Burgos is a parent non-profit association established in 1984 to promote the well-being and the quality of life of the autistic people and their families. The association aims at creating and developing the necessary services to give response to the specific needs of the persons on the autism spectrum. Autismo Burgos develops a permanent collaboration with public and private institutions from the educational, social and health fields. Autismo Burgos works closely with other associations on the social field and emphasizes professional development and training in disability and autism.

University of Peloponnese, Embedded System Design & Applications Laboratory

The University of Peloponnese participates with the Embedded System Design & Applications laboratory (ESDALAB) of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, which specializes in the design of integrated and cyberphysical systems. It also designs and develops infrastructure and applications for IoT (Internet of Things) through the ATLAS platform, an innovative infrastructure developed by the Lab. The Lab participates in competitive research projects funded either by national resources (EQUAL, RESEARCH-INNOVATE-CREATE) or by the European Commission through the FP7 (ALMA, ARMOR) and Horizon 2020 (RIO) funding frameworks. It has organized a number of international conferences in related areas (2014 - International Conference on Field Programming Gate Arrays, 2017 - IEEE Computer Society Annual Symposium on VLSI, 2018 - International Conference on Reconfigurable Computing).

Cooperativa Sociale CONTROVENTO Onlus

Cooperativa Sociale Controvento Onlus is a non-profit organization founded in 2015 in Catania (Sicily, Italy) by a team of young professionals working in the socio-psychological and educational field committed to invest resources and skills on their own territory, sharing the idea to create services aimed at promoting the social inclusion and quality of life for people with intellectual disabilities and protecting the exercise of autonomy. The Cooperativa promotes the culture of diversity though the realization of a wide range of activities, such as: - socio-educational activities for children with psycho-social problems or disabilities; - educational paths for autonomy (personal, social and external) addressed to youngsters with Down syndrome, intellectual disability and autism; - Projects to promote youngsters with disabilities’ independent living - work integration paths for disabled or disadvantaged people; - educational paths for minors; support and advice for families. For four years, Cooperativa Controvento has been implementing, sometimes as a coordinator, sometimes as a partner, projects funded by the Erasmus+ programme.

Child and Adolescent Center

Child and Adolescent Center (CAC) is a civil non-profit organization, which was founded in Chios, Greece in March 1996 aiming to develop and provide mental health services in the spirit of social and communal psychiatry: prevention, prompt diagnosis, therapy, scientific research, planning and implementing programs of public health, education and sensitization of the community. CAC purpose is to plan and implement educational programs for professionals and experts on mental health and special education, participate in the implementation of European programs as a coordinator or partner, has a presence in the scientific community with publication of articles in Greek and international scientific journals, so as with presentations and announcements at PanHellenic, European and International conferences. The Child and Adolescent Center has served by the end of 2022 9,724 children, teenagers, adults. At the same time, it guides and supports their families in every possible way. At an institutional level CAC participates in the formulation of mental health policies in Greece and Europe through participation in networks and committees. Its vision is a world that talks about mental health comfortably and recognizes, understands and accepts the diversity of people with psychiatric / psychological / developmental disorders.

AVN Innovative Technology Solutions Ltd

The core expertise of AVN lies in the following technological directions: Healthcare monitoring infrastructure solutions, security, cloud-based infrastructure services, ICT infrastructure planning, acquisition and operation management, energy grid automation, technical consulting and training (game-based training, cloud infrastructure, custom embedded solutions for efficient system design, next generation networks migration strategy). AVN has developed the IoT platform I3PLAT for interconnecting IoT devices, and the RE-HUB platform that gives the opportunity to post-injury/surgery patients to execute rehabilitation routines in their home environment. In parallel, AVN implements online training targeted to the end users and stakeholders on how to use the technological tools that AVN develops. AVN has already participated in significant European projects under Horizon 2020, namely: The project RADIO (2015 - 2018) which developed an integrated smart home/assistant robot system, to support independent living for elders. The project SMART4ALL (2019 – 2023) which aims to accelerate the digital transformation and increase the digital skills in Europe in the domains of digitized environment, digitized agriculture, digitized transport. The project XANDAR (2021 – 2024) which will deliver a mature SW toolchain for autonomous cars and airplanes.
